Alvarez Construction CleanUp (ACC) is a full service general cleanup and waste management corporation with more than 20 years of collective experience serving all of Southern California.
ACC provides services to general contractors in the residential and commercial markets. We specialize in rough & move-in clean services for luxury custom homes, tract homes, commercial plazas, apartment buildings, and condos. In order to better serve our general contractors, we can exclusively manage your next project by also offering drywall scrapping, wet clean-up, and cut & blade services, in addition to our general cleanup services. In our efforts to contribute to waste reduction, we proudly announce that ACC maintains above an 80% recyclable rate.
We collectively maintain a C61/D63 Contractor's license and we are a Certified Green Professional.
